A medical leader with a deeply human perspective.
Humma brings more than a decade of pharmaceutical experience in oncology and hematology at Pfizer, shaped by medical practice, clinical research and cross-market leadership in Denmark and the UK.
Her foundation is clinical: three years working across oncology, abdominal surgery, family medicine and clinical biochemistry in Denmark. Her scientific training includes an MD from the University of Copenhagen, an MSc in Molecular Medicine and a BSc in Medical Biochemistry from London.
Alongside medical leadership, Humma is a certified ICC coach, certified NLP practitioner, radio host and founder of HUMACAN coaching. Her work is united by one belief: meaningful progress happens when rigorous thinking and human potential move together.
